• Management Fee - Our Fee is a negotiated percentage of what's collected. Meaning, we do not draw any income from vacant properties, which is incentive to keep them rented.
• Market Value - We'll continually perform market analysis to be sure you're getting fair market value for your property.
• Advertising & Marketing - We’ll find a quality tenant fast, through on-line advertising and marketing trade publications; Apartments.com, Westside Rentals, Craigslist.
• Tenant Screening - We'll handle all calls, setup/perform all showings and handle all appropriate paperwork and screening of tenants to make sure they'll take good care of your investment property.
• Evictions - If there's reason to evict a tenant, we'll handle all the neccessay paperwork and interaction with lawyers, to be sure the eviction progresses swiftly. No additional fee if the eviction of a tenant is within 6 months.
